3D architectural renderings seemingly make no sense when it comes to affordable, reliable pricing guidelines. Everybody prices their workings using a different sales-model. I've even seen some companies who charge by the square foot! That makes little sense to us since in the 3D world, measurement is arbitrary.

How The Burroughs Group determines price is based on the complexity of your project. If you supply us with well-built 3D models with proper UV layouts, and all we need to do is create a high-quality environment and render, then the price will be substantial lower than if we need to build the model (almost literally) from the ground up using scanned blue prints or elevations.

This is why we ask to see your assets and want to know what you're looking for before giving a bid. We know you're busy, but taking a little extra time in the beginning will save a ton of time on the back-end. We don't disappoint, partly because we understand your project before we click the mouse for the first time.
